Garage Conversions in Woodford Halse

Phoenix were easy to deal with and everything turned out just as we hoped. No corners cut, which is rare these days.

We went with Phoenix Garage Conversions to build a home cinema setup and honestly it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. The work was neat, the team were respectful and they finished on time despite bad weather that week.

Mo was always on hand if we had questions and gave solid advice about lighting and soundproofing. Now we’ve got a cosy space for films and the kids love it. Already thinking about what to get done next.

From the first call to the last brush stroke, Phoenix were reliable and professional. Mo listened carefully to what we needed, didn’t try to oversell anything, and stuck to the agreed quote.

The build was neat and fast. Now we’ve got a chilled little snug that’s used every day — it’s made a huge difference. Even the dog approves. Highly recommended.

Really glad we chose them.

After being let down by a different builder, Phoenix Garage Conversions were like a breath of fresh air. Mo was polite, turned up when he said he would and always followed through.

The lads on site were a proper credit to the company. They cleared up at the end of every day and checked in before making any changes. We’ve now got a stunning utility and storage space that blends right in with the house.

It’s rare to find trades who do what they say when they say — but Phoenix nailed it. Mo and the lads showed up on time, cleaned up every day and the finished room is brilliant.

It’s now a playroom for the kids and they love it. Great job all round.

Would recommend 100%.

We had a really awkward layout but Phoenix Garage Conversions made it work. Mo suggested shifting the internal wall which gave us a whole extra corner we didn’t think we could use.

The job came in on time and the site was always left spotless. We didn’t need to chase anyone which makes a change. It’s now our reading room and we absolutely love it.

We’d been putting this job off for ages thinking it’d be too disruptive but Phoenix made it simple. Mo came out, gave a clear quote and stuck to it.

The work was tidy, professional and finished quicker than we thought. We’ve now got a peaceful room to relax in and honestly wish we’d done it years ago.

Fab company—did an amazing job on our garage conversion.

Phoenix Garage Conversions did a cracking job. Mo was easy to work with and nothing felt like too much trouble.

The team were tidy and respectful. It’s now a bright home office and we use it every day. Really happy with it.

Phoenix Garage Conversions converted our garage last spring and we’ve been using the room every day since. It’s a craft room now but could easily be a spare bedroom if we needed it.

Mo helped us decide on the window layout to get natural light in without it getting too hot. The lads were friendly, professional and made sure everything was left clean each evening. We’ve recommended them to my brother already.
