Garage Conversions Services in Middleton Cheney

Really pleased with our garage conversion. Finished to a high standard with all rubbish removed.

Quick responses to queries. Would highly recommend.

I used Phoenix to turn my garage into a salon space for clients, and it’s been the best decision for my business. Mo gave clear guidance around planning, lighting and insulation and made sure I had enough plug points where I needed them.

The team worked quickly and the finish is flawless. Clients always comment on how cosy and professional it looks. It’s hard to believe it used to be a garage.

Mo was lovely, really friendly and honest. The team worked hard and kept everything neat.

Would recommend 100%.

The team turned up when they said they would, kept everything neat and were lovely to deal with. Phoenix Garage Conversions turned our garage into a sewing and craft room and it’s already been used more in the past month than it ever was before.

Mo was brilliant and gave us confidence from the start.

We got quotes from three firms and went with Phoenix because they actually listened. Mo gave practical advice, no sales pitch, just solutions.

The team showed up on time every day and worked steadily without causing disruption. They even made sure the garden stayed tidy. It’s now a bright utility space that we use constantly. Absolutely chuffed with the outcome.

We love our new space and would definitely recommend Phoenix Garage Conversions. High-standard work and always ready to help with queries.

Phoenix Conversions did a lovely job. Our garage is now a bright playroom for the kids and we barely noticed the work happening.

Heard good things locally and they definitely lived up to the hype. Reliable, no nonsense and delivered what they promised.

Mo was great — knowledgeable, calm and always happy to explain things clearly. Phoenix Garage Conversions turned our freezing, cluttered garage into a bright utility room that actually gets used daily.

The team were really tidy and finished a couple of days ahead of schedule. We’ve had other builders before but this lot stood out. No faff, no hassle, just honest work and good results.

We were blown away by the result. The old garage was draughty and barely usable but Phoenix transformed it into a fully insulated office space with built-in lighting and a new window.

Mo was always available for questions and happy to tweak the spec when we asked. The whole job was smooth and stress-free. They turned up on time every day, cracked on and left everything spotless. My only regret is not getting it done sooner.

The team did a proper job from the foundations right through to the finishing touches. Communication was quick and honest.

No messing about. Really pleased with the whole outcome.

Mo was lovely and helped us plan a better layout than we’d considered. Phoenix Garage Conversions delivered exactly what they said they would and the space now feels like it’s always been part of the house.

A pleasure to work with on a garage-to-home-office conversion. Professional, courteous, prompt communication and great aftercare.

Mo has a fantastic crew—would happily engage again.

It’s now a warm, peaceful guest room and I love it. Phoenix Garage Conversions did everything they promised.

Mo even helped us pick flooring.

Phoenix Conversions really impressed us. From the first visit with Mo to the final touches, everything felt professional and well thought out.

The team were always respectful of our home and made sure we could still go about our day. Our new utility and boot room has completely changed how we use the downstairs. It’s better than we imagined.

We had a garage full of junk and now we’ve got a peaceful home studio. Phoenix Garage Conversions handled everything brilliantly.

Mo gave us confidence from the start and the lads did top-quality work. The plastering is perfect and it all finished a few days early.

Phoenix Garage Conversions absolutely nailed it. We went from a cold, damp garage full of bikes and clutter to a warm, stylish games room that we all actually enjoy being in.

Mo was friendly, upfront and clearly knew his stuff. He helped us avoid wasting money on stuff we didn’t need and the crew were tidy and respectful every step. They even kept noise down while my partner was on work calls. Everything was bang on budget and finished ahead of schedule. Couldn’t fault them and would happily use them again.

Mo and the crew were brilliant. We had them in during that heatwave last July and they still cracked on without complaint.

Communication was excellent and they didn’t mind our dogs milling about. The garage has gone from junk room to smart guest space and it’s already being used. Would happily bring them back for more work.
