Garage Conversions in Grange Park

Mo and his team built our single-storey extension in summer 2024. Honest, straightforward approach, great WhatsApp updates, clear pricing with no hidden extras.

Highly recommend.

From the first visit we felt in safe hands. Mo was polite, honest and clearly knew his stuff.

Phoenix Garage Conversions turned our cold, unused space into a cosy office with loads of natural light. It’s been a total game changer for working from home. The lads worked through wind and rain that week without a single moan. Very refreshing to deal with such a professional outfit.

Phoenix were easy to deal with and everything turned out just as we hoped. No corners cut, which is rare these days.

We’ve had a few trades in recently and Phoenix were head and shoulders above the rest. Mo was organised and honest, the lads were skilled and respectful and the job got done on time.

The space is solid, warm and finished beautifully. You’d never know it was a garage.

Fantastic finish from Phoenix Conversions. The garage now feels like part of the home.

Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

We’ve got a nice, quiet treatment room now that feels like part of the house. Mo kept us updated and nothing was too much trouble.

The lads worked clean and quick.

Our neighbour suggested Phoenix Garage Conversions and we’re glad we listened. The new utility space is a life saver.

Quality finish, no nonsense, no stress which is all you can ask for really.

Mo and his team were excellent. The work was neat, completed on time and we were kept informed every step of the way.

Phoenix Garage Conversions delivered exactly what we asked for without any stress or surprises. Chuffed with the result.

Everything ran like clockwork. Mo was always reachable if we had questions and the team just cracked on.

The space now feels like it’s always been there. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Phoenix Garage Conversions.

The team at Phoenix Garage Conversions were a credit to the trade. Quick, careful and clean — can’t ask for more than that.

Tidy team, finished ahead of schedule and it’s now a proper usable space. Phoenix Garage Conversions were brilliant.

Used Phoenix Garage Conversions for our extension and couldn’t be happier. Professional from beginning to end, always on time with regular updates and advice.

Tidy and considerate while we lived in the property. Would 100% use again.

Phoenix came highly recommended and now I can see why. Mo and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with.

They arrived when they said they would, explained things clearly and finished the job to an amazing standard. We converted our garage into a mini cinema room, and it’s honestly become our favourite part of the house. Every detail was finished beautifully, and the team made sure everything was spotless before they left.

We were after a quiet retreat space and Phoenix Garage Conversions nailed it. The team worked quickly, tidily and treated our place with respect.

Mo gave updates without us needing to ask. Even the rubbish was removed without hassle. We’re delighted with the final result.

Thanks to Phoenix Garage Conversions for all the hard work and quick turnaround. Trustworthy company with a tradesman on site completing their scope every day.

Looks amazing—thank you.
