Garage Conversions in Deanshanger

Mo and the team created a stunning garden office with bifolds. Professional from the start and very clean and tidy.

We’ll be back for future projects.

We worked with Phoenix Garage Conversions on our garage conversion and kitchen fitting. Excellent experience throughout.

Phoenix Garage Conversions converted our garage into a playroom and we’re over the moon. Mo project-managed brilliantly, answering questions and removing stress.

High-standard workmanship and brickwork that matches the house perfectly.

We had ours done just before Christmas and honestly, it was the smoothest bit of building work we’ve ever had. Phoenix were professional, tidy and always on time.

Mo checked in regularly too which helped.

Phoenix Conversions did a lovely job. Our garage is now a bright playroom for the kids and we barely noticed the work happening.

I rarely leave reviews but Phoenix deserve one. Mo and the lads did a top job converting our unused garage into a guest bedroom with en suite.

They handled all the building regs and made sure the work was to a high standard. We even had neighbours compliment how tidy the outside looked. Everything felt professional and straightforward. It’s added real space without the faff of an extension.

From start to finish, working with Phoenix Garage Conversions was a genuinely pleasant experience. Mo was polite, honest and gave us a really reasonable quote.

The team handled building regs, waste removal and even advised us on flooring. We now have a beautiful utility and boot room that we use constantly. You’d never know it was a garage before. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We now have a little music room and it’s made a big difference. Mo explained the soundproofing options and the lads did a cracking job.

Phoenix Garage Conversions were easy to work with and really respectful.

Phoenix Garage Conversions gave us a beautiful, peaceful office space with loads of natural light. Mo helped us decide on windows and the finish is incredible.

It feels like a proper part of the home, not an afterthought. The lads were tidy and professional, and even the neighbours commented on how quickly and neatly they worked.

Mo and the team were great. Hard working and friendly.

They checked in with us before making any decisions. Felt like we were always in the loop. Proper job.

Mo kept communication simple and quick which really helped. The work has made a huge difference to how we use the downstairs space.

Phoenix turned our underused garage into a beautiful little annex for my elderly mum. Mo was lovely with her and made sure the space felt safe and warm.

The team worked quickly and kept everything neat, even laying protective covers through the hallway. They even took time to help us choose finishes she’d feel comfortable in. Now she’s got her own space with privacy and comfort. It’s been such a positive change.

Positive experience—responsive, punctual, quality work, professional.

We were blown away by the result. The old garage was draughty and barely usable but Phoenix transformed it into a fully insulated office space with built-in lighting and a new window.

Mo was always available for questions and happy to tweak the spec when we asked. The whole job was smooth and stress-free. They turned up on time every day, cracked on and left everything spotless. My only regret is not getting it done sooner.

Highly recommend—high-quality developer with a keen eye for detail.
